Beautiful city view rooms with extensive breakfast options.
The lack of kettle and iron access in the room was incredibly frustrating. It is baffling that a five-star hotel could not meet such basic expectations. the restaurant service was thoroughly disappointing, slow even when not busy.

We had a great family stay, with excellent room options for four and enjoyable pools. The breakfast buffet was high-quality, with many delicious choices. the lack of staff availability at the pool and slow restaurant service could use improvement. it's a good choice for families looking for spacious accommodations.

Had a blast with friends at this hotel! The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for fun days, and we loved the poolside bar. Mornings were awesome with the breakfast spread. Close to parks and shops, we explored the area too. Golf lessons were a hit among us!
While the pools were crowded at times, it was a little hard to find staff for assistance.
